The company wanted to introduce a new feature in their streaming platform called “channels”. This would offer to the users more content in addition to the main service, with the goal to reach potential customers interested in it. The channels would be available through subscriptions that could be activated or deactivated (individual subscription per channel), depending on the users preferences.
This project took some months of collaboration with all stakeholders, programmers and management team, to come up with the solution, first sketching all the features, exploring the flows and user interactions, then following the company's visual guidelines, and finally creating the proper documentation for developers to suppor them along the implementation.
